Guest Tour: Ivan Knapp

This tour gives an introduction to the development of Rachel Maclean’s work, with an emphasis on the role of fantasy in the relationship between her videos and contemporary pop culture.

Ivan Knapp is currently completing a PhD in History of Art at University College London. His research is focussed on online visual cultures with a particular interest in antagonistic groups and the ways that psychoanalytic theories might account for the way sexuality and violence is performed via digital technologies.
