MI!MS and Metamodernism and MI!MS book launch 27 November

Join us to celebrate the publication of the MI!MS book which accompanies the current Andy Holden solo exhibition, with a conversation exploring sincerity and art making between Andy Holden and cultural theorist Dr. Timotheus Vermeulen.

Timotheus Vermeulen is Assistant Professor in Cultural Theory at the Radboud University Nijmegen, where he also heads the Centre for New Aesthetics. He has written on contemporary aesthetics, art, film and television for The Journal of Aesthetics and Culture, Screen, Monu, Frieze, and various collections and catalogues, and has given talks for Documenta and Frieze Art Fair. With Robin van den Akker he is co-founding editor of Notes on Metamodernism and also acts as curatorial advisor, most recently for the Notes on Metamodernism shows at the Moscow Biennial and the MAD Museum New York, and the Discussing Metamodernism exhibition at Galerie Tanja Wagner, Berlin.
