Michael Jackson: On the Wall at National Portrait Gallery
About
Zabludowicz Collection is extremely excited to be loaning three Paul Pfeiffer works from his Live Evil series to the National Portrait Gallery's latest show Michael Jackson: On the Wall. With over 40 artists spanning over several generations, this exhibition explores Michael Jackson's profound legacy and influence in the world of contemporary art.
Live Evil (Bucharest), Live Evil (Auckland) and Live Evil (Copenhagen) all use Peiffer's artistic method of digitally assembling and reassembling to alter Jackson’s body during dance routines to form a writhing Rorschach.
Michael Jackson: On the Wall will be on view from 28 June 2018 to 21 October 2018. Further information is available on their website.
