Sam Falls opening new solo exhibition featuring work produced during Sarvisalo residency

Sam Falls' new solo show with Eva Presenhuber, Zurich features work produced during the artist's Sarvisalo residency with Zabludowicz Collection earlier this year. Ahead of the exhibition opening Falls has described how the unique setting of Sarvisalo lead to the creation of a number of new works; 'When I arrived for a residency in Finland at the beginning of June the apple trees were in full bloom and as I watched the flowering trees' petals fall I realized it was a unique time and place to be'.
